My morning devotions for MOST of this year will be based on Bob Goff's newest book,
Live in Grace, Walk in Love - A 365 Day Journey
I really enjoy Goff's easy to understand analogies and stories. He makes living our faith simple (well, not really!) and clear. No big theological words or philosophy. Just plain LOVE. Most of the text on the daily prayer is taken directly from the book. Most speech bubbles are my own words or an adaptation of Goff's text.
I will be taking a break from Goff's book for Lent and Advent, and perhaps other moments of reflection!
And now....break time for Lenten Devotions 2022!
I'll be back after Easter to finish off Bob Goff's book!
Whew! I finally finished the book!
I began back in January of 2021, but with 'time outs' for Lent and Advent, it took more than a year to finish 'the year'!!
