Round Two May!! I am currently receiving an email every day from Guideposts.com with a devotion entitled Mornings with Jesus. They include a scripture, a devotion written by a variety of Christian women, and a Faith Step or Challenge. I found the latter the interesting part of these devotions...a concrete step one might take TODAY to put their faith into action. For the purpose of my blog, I am only including the scripture and the Faith Step. I have added my haiku interpretation of the devotion, plus a one-line prayer, all wrapped up in one illustrated prayer! We will continue until Pentecost with these devotions.

| Our friend Genia in Kalispell MT planted a flower garden in a bed frame. When we came to visit her husband a couple months after her death to cancer, just as we were admiring the flowers, a butterfly landed. It felt like Genia returning to assure us she was ok - safe in the arms of her Lord. |
